Season 6 Episode 5 - 12 Chefs compete

For their challenge, both teams are asked to create two appetizers and one entrée for a welcome home party for Otis James, a U.S. Marine. One of the team's menus will be approved by Otis' wife and will be treated to a 'sky-high adventure', while the other team will have to decorate the dining room for the party. Chef Ramsay invites his wife Tana to advise the losing team on how to plan a party. During the dinner service, Chef Ramsay boils over when one team struggles to keep up with the tickets and ends up sending out cold food.

Season 6 Episode 4 - 13 Chefs compete

Chef Ramsay puts the chefs in teams of two for a challenge to make perfectly portioned 6-inch sausages. Tension between the contestants causes one chef to explode. That evening, Drew Lachey, John O'Hurley, Tom Green, Melinda Clarke, Chris "Kid" Reid and Kristy Swanson dine at Hell's Kitchen. Unfortunately, Chef Ramsay becomes furious when the Red Team's dishes are sent back to the kitchen for being too salty and the Blue Team's food is cold.

Season 6 Episode 3 - 14 Chefs compete

The contestants are called into the kitchen in the middle of the night for a new challenge: A room full of hungry firefighters waiting to be fed! The teams must prepare a pasta dinner with garlic bread, and the team that feeds their firefighters first wins a day of relaxation, while the losers are forced to wash, polish and wax the fire engines. Later, two contestant's dreams might go up in smoke when they are rushed to the hospital after being injured.

Two teams compete to see who is worthy of remaining at Hell's Kitchen, and who must surrender their chef coat and leave.

Season 6 Episode 1 - 16 Chefs compete

Season six returns with one change. Instead of working alone, now the red and blue teams work will be a team effort. The first dinner service (which is a predictable disaster) comes next before the first chef is eliminated, but an old friend shows up. Dinner service 2 winds up being an even bigger disaster.

Season 5 Episode 14 - Day Fourteen (2)

Danny and Paula go head-to-head to determine who will the fifth season of Hell's Kitchen. Paula tries to get Lacey straightened out, while Danny discovers that Giovanni has a chip on his shoulder following his dramatic elimination from Hell's Kitchen. Chef Ramsay evaluates the design of the two finalists' restaurants, Sunergy and Velvet Hammer, and finds them both up to snuff. He also gives them both suggestions on their menus. During the evening's dinner service, both have their struggles, but both complete a strong service. Chef Ramsay is left with a very tough decision, saying that it was the best final dinner service and he honestly means it. Ultimately, one of the two is crowned the winner of the fifth season of Hell's Kitchen.

Season 5 Episode 14 - Day Fourteen (1)

The final two chefs prepare for their ultimate challenge. They must design their restaurants as well as create a winning menu. With everything on the line, Chef Ramsay sends them to the Borgata Hotel, Casino and Spa in Atlantic City, giving them each two advisers to take care of things in their absence. At Borgata, they meet with the C.O.O. and take part in a challenge to determine who will have first pick of the brigade. Back at Hell's Kitchen, they examine their restaurants and make their choices for the team that will aid them during the final dinner service.

Season 5 Episode 13 - Day Thirteen

It's down to the final three, who must prepare a meal for 100 of L.A.'s finest chefs. The winner gets some face time on FOX's local morning show, while the losers do the laundry as they watch the winner on TV. At the dinner service, each contestant is given a chance at the pass running the kitchen.

Season 5 Episode 12 - Day Twelve

The chef's taste buds are put to the test when Chef Ramsay prepares three dishes for them to try and then recreate. The winner enjoys an afternoon with Ramsay while the rest must clean Hell's Kitchen. During the dinner service Chef Ramsay tells them they need make it all the way through not only for themselves, but for one of their guests, who plans to propose to girlfriend during the dessert course.

Season 5 Episode 11 - Day Eleven

Chef Ramsay sends the remaining chefs off to New Jersey to dine in the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa, where one of them will be running a restaurant. When the chefs return, they are asked to create their signature dish which they would serve in their restaurant should they win.
