The final three chefs are challenged to create a dish from different parts of the world. To help him judge the challenge, Chef Ramsay invites a few international culinary experts. The winner of the challenge gets to spend some quality time with their family while the executive chefs cook their signature dishes for them. The winning team earns a trip to Las Vegas after successfully combining unlikely ingredients while the losing team is forced to prep both kitchens for dinner service. To increase the pressure on the remaining chefs during dinner service, Chef Ramsay invites chefs from his own restaurants to sit at the first ever Hell's Kitchen chef's table. Tempers ignite when one team keeps making the same mistakes over and over again while another team gets tired of an overly bossy teammate.
Each team has 45 minutes to create a low-calorie meal, consisting of an appetiser, an entree and a desert, with the entire meal containing less than 700 calories; the team with the most items selected by Chef Ramsay wins. The red team won in all three categories; the men won only in the appetiser category.
For their challenge, both teams are asked to create two appetizers and one entrée for a welcome home party for Otis James, a U.S. Marine. One of the team's menus will be approved by Otis' wife and will be treated to a 'sky-high adventure', while the other team will have to decorate the dining room for the party.
